They aren’t changing how tumblr works, according to both yahoo and tumblr. They can’t afford to mess with it, considering how much money it’d make just by keeping its current model. Freaking out about changing times gets you nowhere. I’m not all that attached to anything in particular about the website so I’m not bothered. After all, the people are who generate anything worth logging in for.

Assuming you’re not playing competitively and evasion isn’t banned, a Froslass with the Snow Cloak ability, Hail, Double Team, and either Bright Powder or an Icy Rock (for extended hail) can be extremely hard to touch. Most of the common “never miss” moves can’t hit it. Blizzard has perfect accuracy in Hail, and Thunderbolt gives total coverage, while Shadow Ball can offer a second STAB move. It can be nearly untouchable with Thunder Wave, or patiently rot opponents with Toxic as they pray for a chance to inflict damage.
Froslass is a decent Ghost type, but it pays to remember that Ghost types tend to rely on their typing and movesets to win, rather than raw stats. As a part of a team, Froslass is a fairly flexible member that can fill a couple roles, even if it isn’t a sweeper.
