This looks shopped. I can tell by the pixels.

This would actually work really well. I’d play it so hard.

Captain Falcon is the only character in Super Smash Bros who feels its necessary to announce the name of his attack before he does it
Wrong.
Ness announces more of his moves than even Captain Falcon.
Super Smash Bros. Wii U, 3DS team shows off Whiteboard Art
Super Smash Bros. is in the capable hands of a Namco Bandai dream team, and is headed to Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Smash Bros. mastermind Masahiro Sakurai is sharing a bit more, though, in the form of some keen whiteboard art.
Name: Ditto
Universe: Pokemon
Game of origin: Pokemon Red and Blue
Probability of inclusion: Low
Okay, this is just a really quick little idea. I’m sure most everyone is familiar with Ditto, which is able to change its shape at will. So here’s how this idea would work. Ditto would take over the space on the character select screen reserved for the Random space. And in actuality, that’s all Ditto would be: The random character space. HOWEVER! There is a twist. Remember how in some media (mostly the non-canon ones like the Pokemon anime and Pokemon Snap) that some Ditto can’t change the shape of their face or their voice to perfectly mimic the creature they’re copying? Yes, that would be in play here. Any time you played as Ditto, you would get a random character, but their face would be Ditto’s face, and their voice files would all be Ditto noises. Below are some examples of Ditto’s transformations.
This isn’t all that unlikely, considering Ditto has been in Smash Bros. before!
Ditto was originally intended to be one of the Pokémon randomly released from a Poké Ball. It would have transformed into a copy of the user’s character and aided them in battle. However, processing problems forced its removal before the game’s release. Ditto can be still be unlocked through the debug menu (which is only accessible through the use of Action Replay), though it does not do anything other than give 7-8% damage to those who touch it.
As for its official status, Ditto only appears as a random trophy and as a cameo in the Tournament Mode menu. In Winner Out or Loser Out tournaments, holding down L and R and pressing A will give the player a random character and color. The usual character image will instead be taken by a picture of Ditto.
Every Ditto has the ability to copy a Pokémon’s entire cell structure in an instant and become its exact replica. They’re terrible at remembering techniques, but when they use Transform, they temporarily learn all of their foe’s moves. If a Ditto starts to laugh, it weakens and can’t hold its transformation.
